Special attention should be paid to the microprocessor-based
controller, installed on the trolley. It controls
the speed and the movement direction; a built-in
function allows also the trolley to start
and brake smoothly. The controller, as well
as the entire electronic part, is placed
in a leak-proof compartment with
protection rating IP-67.
TROLLEY OPERATION PANEL
A handy, nice and ergonomic design,
with a smooth speed adjustment,
back-and-forth switch, an emergency
stop button and an indicator
of the battery charge level.
Audible alarm activates
when the battery
quickly and carefully charges the battery; turned on by a built-in wire
with a 220-volt plug for standard jack.
This provides easy
and uncrossed manoeuvring
in a confined area.
A reliable non-contact sensor
is used in the pedal.
BOX MODULAR STRUCTURE
The box is conveniently located at operator’s hand;
it is mounted on the trolley handrails.
If necessary, several boxes can be mounted
on the upper and lower handrails. The box
is easy to remove and mount; it does
not have any fixed mount structure
that makes the working process easy.
