Walzmatic AGRO S1

WALZMATIC AGRO S1
Self-propelled rail-guided trolley
for greenhouses is specially
engineered to care for greenhouse
crops in modern greenhouses.
Designed for everyday operations not
requiring hydraulic rail pipe trolleys.
No need to always change the height
of the platform, when working in greenhouses.
Most caring works, as well as other
operations, are performed at a fixed height.

The maximum lifting height of the platform
is 2.6 m; the maximum working height is 4.6 m.
Thanks to a clever, functional and simple
design without hydraulic systems,
the probability of technical malfunctions
occurrence tends to zero.

Walzmatic ARGO S1
EASILY MOVES
ALONG THE ROWS,

using heating pipes as rails.
Every employee will be able to easily perform
any work at different levels relative
to the ground (the platform height
is adjustable in increments of 150 mm).

ADDITIONAL OPTION
FOR HARVESTING
A stand for boxes easily installable
and adjustable in increments of 150 mm.
Load capacity up to 50 kg.
Several stands can be mounted
on the trolley.

The stand is easily mounted
on the trolley stands without
extra tools. Securely fixed
with two spring-loaded
fixing pins.
MOTION CONTROLLER
Special attention should be paid to the microprocessor-based
controller, installed on the trolley. It controls
the speed and the movement direction; a built-in
function allows also the trolley to start
and brake smoothly. The controller, as well
as the entire electronic part, is placed
in a leak-proof compartment with
protection rating IP-67.
TROLLEY OPERATION PANEL
A handy, nice and ergonomic design,
with a smooth speed adjustment,
back-and-forth switch, an emergency
stop button and an indicator
of the battery charge level.
